When I tried the 64-bit installation I only had 2 partitions - "/" which showed as boot, and a swap partition. The external disk also contains a 32-bit installation as I though maybe it was upset it was a 64-bit OS even though the Chromebook processor (AMD A4) is 64-bit. The external drive is using a mbr partition table so it would rely on being able to boot legacy on the Chromebook - which is what I *thought* I turned on ') I know /dev/sr0 is the dvd/cd drive the live session is running from so it is unable to list those partitions. It’s rolling out Android 11 to more machines, which will bring new features like better Android app optimization and a new dark theme. It’s part of an initiative to better support developers that Microsoft kicked off in 2016.Īs well as announcing that its Linux development environment is coming out of beta, Google shared a couple of additional updates about Chrome OS.
